How Do I Return My Order?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your products you may return them to us within 14 days of your order arriving and in accordance with our returns policy. Returning goods to us is simple and hassle free. To make a return please see our returns policy and fill out our return request form, this can be found here. Please ensure that a photo of the product in it's original packaging is included with your return request form. A member of our team will then contact you. When we receive your return, we will issue the appropriate refund.

When Will I Receive A Refund For My Order?

Your refund will be processed once your return is delivered to our warehouse and should arrive back in your bank account within 10 working days. Please note: It can take several days for a parcel to be returned to us after it has been picked up by a courier.

My Order Arrived Damaged, What Do I Need To Do Next?

If your order was delivered damaged then we may be able to assist you by sending you replacement parts. In order for us to process your request you will need to fill out the replacement request form, this can be found here. Please provide some photos of the damaged item and if the packaging for this item is damaged then include some photos of this as well. If only part of the product is broken we may be able to send you a replacement part. A photo of the damaged part circled on the instructions will need to be submitted with your replacement request form.

I Ordered The Wrong Size Product, Can I Exchange It For Another Size?

Yes, if the product you ordered is unused and in a resalable condition then you can return it to us. If you wish to exchange a product you must first go through the return process for the original product that you purchased and return it to us within 14 days of your order arriving. Please fill out our returns request form, this can be found here and provide a photo of the product and its packaging. Once we confirm your return you can then make a separate transaction for the new product. When we receive your return, we will issue the appropriate refund. Unfortunately we cannot allow you to just pay the difference between the products if one is more expensive.
