Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase and that the goods meet your requirements. If for any reason you are unhappy you may return the goods to us in accordance with our return policy. Returning goods to us is simple and hassle free. Please contact us using the returns form below.

How to return in the case of a change of mind

  1. From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your product for a full refund if you change your mind. You have 2 options when returning your product:
    Option 1: You can return the product by your own means to us for a full refund. Please fill out the returns form below for further information.
    Option 2: We can arrange for our courier to collect the parcel(s) from you. Please Note: €10 per box will be deducted from your return to cover the courier charge. We try our best to have returns collected from you as soon as possible, however, some returns can take up to 7 working days to be collected. *Please Note: During busier periods, this can can take a longer length of time.
  2. It is essential that any product returned back to us must be unused, repackaged in the original packaging using clear tape and in a resaleable condition. Please attach images of the actual product(s) that you received and are now returning (Note: Please do not send us an image from our website).
  3. We have the right to refuse any return where the above conditions are not met.

We can cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). How to return a damaged product

  1. If a product is defective in any way, please email us at and provide us with photos and as much information as possible.
