Delivery & Collection

Delivery is FREE to anywhere in Ireland & Northern Ireland for all deliveries over €49. For orders below this value, there is a flat delivery charge of €5.99

All orders are dispatched daily (Mon-Fri), with orders recieved before 2pm leaving us that very day. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will recieve an email with parcel tracking details (please check junk/spam folder if this is not in your inbox).  Following dispatch, most orders are delivered the next working day.  However, sometimes it can take a little longer, so please allow up to 5 working days.

Please note that during busier periods, deliveries may be subject to delays due to high volumes of parcles within the courier system.  This may also be the case during adverse weather.

Yes, of course.  To order for collection, simply place your order online and select the 'Collection' option during checkout.  We'll e-mail you when your order is ready for collection.  Collection hours are 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note we are closed on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

We don't have a walk-in shop or products on display.

Yes, your product is in stock here in our warehouse in Arklow.  Out of stock items will be reflected on our website.  In the rare event a product is out of stock, we'll notify you immediately.

Note, if you order a pre-order item alongside other items, your entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order item is back in stock.
