good home needed for 3 out door adult cats and 3 k

A good home is needed for 3 out door cats and 3 kittens. Owner unfortunately in a hospice and won't be coming home. I am currently feeding them but they need a new forever home. Kittens are about 7 weeks old. One black, 1 black and white and 1 tabby. Adult cats 3 tabbies. 1 neutered male , 1 neutered female and 1 un neutered female. Would want the adults to be rehomed together if possible.
