A family from Riverstick, Co. Cork is hoping that an online campaign will re-unite them with their lost dog ‘Suds’. Suds is a 10 year old female Yorkshire terrier and has been missing since Saturday May 1st. A similar online campaign saw the safe return of Mac, a 2 year old Jack Russell, to his family in Bray Co. Wicklow.
The family in Cork are desperate to see Suds home safe and have exhausted all ‘offline’ efforts. They have contacted local animal shelters, put up posters, visited local schools and the Gardai in an effort to spread the news about their lost dog.
After hearing about Mac’s successful online campaign, Suds’ family followed suit and set up a webpage where updates, pictures and sightings can be posted about Suds. Suds even has her very own Facebook page. Pets.ie hopes they will have a similar happy ending to Mac’s family in Bray.

Its now 2months since our darling went missing. To date we believe she is not dead as we have searched the road sides and inside the ditches of all the local roads. I do believe she is with someone so if you know of anyone who reciently got a lovely Yorkie please get in contact. Thanks Julie.
I really hope you find her. She looks like a lovely dog. I couldn’t imagine anyone would harm her.
My heart goes out to you Julie, I hope you get Suds back
